1:00 PM to 2:30 PM: Primary Exhibitor Set-up – The Overlook. (Primary sponsors will be given the first hour and a half and choice of location for setting up their table).
2:30 PM to 5:00 PM: Table Exhibitor Set-up – The Overlook.
6:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Welcome Reception – Th Overlook. Hot and Cold Hors D’ Oeuvres, food stations, and a beer, wine and soda bar provided.
Saturday, July 26, 2025:
6:30 AM to 8:00 AM: Breakfast in The Overlook
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Scientific Presentation with mid-morning break – Gore Range Hall
12:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Free Time
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour (full bar) for members and exhibitors.
7:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Banquet for CSOMS members and Exhibitors, business casual – SHIII Jackson.
Sunday, July 27, 2025:
6:30 AM to 7:30 AM: Breakfast in The Overlook
8:00 AM to 9:30 AM: CSOMS business meeting and breakfast.
9:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Scientific Presentation with mid-morning break Gore Range Hall.
