CSOMS is an association of oral and maxillofacial surgeons practicing in Colorado. The Society is a component of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Members must meet the following requirements:

• Complete a recognized hospital residency program in oral & maxillofacial surgery
• Limit their practice to this specialty
• Practice in Colorado
• Participate in the office anesthesia inspection program
